Issue descriptionChrome Version:59.0.3065.0 dev OS:Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome >>Opens chrome://welcome page,Click Sign in button to open Sign in overlay,Press tab and Observe. Actual:Blue line focus is seen missing in Sign in overlay while tabbing. Expected:Blue line focus is should be seen in Sign in overlay while tabbing. This is a Regression issue broken in M-59. Good Build:59.0.3064.0 dev Bad Build :59.0.3065.0 dev Linux behaviour will be updated soon

Issue is seen on Mac OS 10.12.3 on chrome version: 59.0.3065.0 as well.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:59.0.3064.0 (Revision:462305). Bad build:59.0.3065.0 (Revision:462712). My suspected CL has been reverted for now, so this shouldn't be an issue right now. I will try to figure this out before relanding.

I have relanded my CL here: https://codereview.chromium.org/2836973002/ I believe I have fixed this issue since the revert, and while testing locally, I did not see this issue reemerge. If anyone sees it again, please reopen this bug. |
