[Falco] F5 function key does not work

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.146
Platform: 9202.64.0 stable-channel falco
Firmware Google_Falco.4389.92.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to the device
(2)Open more than 2 windows
(3)Press F5 function key (to see and select the window) OR ctrl + F5 (to take a screenshot)

What is the expected result?
F5 function key works


What happens instead?
No action is triggered upon pressing F5 key.  (Tested on 2 devices and it does not work)

The other Falco DVT tested was with version 57.0.2987.115/9202.54.0 beta

Falco has been stopped/rolled back for the last stable we pushed because of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=701643. We will be updating falco with this fix in the next stable. This is not release-blocking so let's get it fixed in M58 soonest possible.
