Issue descriptionA bunch of prompts and infobars are conceptually similar to our new permission embargo ( Issue 679877 ), or at least feel pretty similar to users. - Desktop: the protocol handler prompt (Issue 709212). - Android: "Chrome needs permissions access" infobar ( Issue 709219 ) I suspect there are more, so here's a meta-bug.
