Android "Chrome needs permissions access" infobar uses different triangle icon from Page Info

Project Member Reported by lgar...@chromium.org, Apr 6 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3063.0
OS: Android 7.1.1
Device: Nexus 5X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Search Google in Chrome Canary without geolocation granted to Chrome Canary.

What is the expected result?
The "Chrome needs permissions access" infobar uses the standard Material icon for its exclamation-mark-in-a-triangle, like we do in Page Info: page-info-search-engine-geolocation-disclosure.png

What happens instead?
The icon uses a version with the exclamation mark too high: needs-permissions-infobar.png

Dom, I think used to be Tim's realm? Could you pass it onto the right person?

+timloh - do you mind having a look here? Seems odd that the icon is just a little bit different between page info and the permission update infobar.

Unassigning myself since I won't get around to this.
