Issue descriptionChrome 59.0.3053.3 OSX 10.12.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit chrome://settings/content What is the expected result? Icons are crisp at 1x as well as 2x (HiDPI). See page-info.png for an example. What happens instead? A lot of edges show anti-aliasing instead of being pixel-aligned. See md-content-settings-1x.png and md-content-settings-2x.png dbeam@, could you triage?

We're having the same issue here that we've had in the past. The icons are not optimized for 20px rendering. We have 16px, 24px or 48px icons that we can scale to 20px. The icons in the dropdown menu look like 16px icons (optimized for that size, so they are sharp). When choosing a 20px icon from the available icons, we often get a 48px icon scaled down to 20px. Trying again with that image. Notice that the top and bottom images are the same. The top picture is the "20px" icon (which is really a 48px icon scaled down). The lower icon is the old "24px" icon that is also scaled to 20px.
