black flash when switching tabs

Chrome Dev, 59.0.3056.4 on Android Pixel XL 7.1.2.

I start to see more black flash when switching tabs. Not happen for every single tab. But saw a lot.

File a bug to track.

Saw it again. I believe the black flash happens to the tab whose renderer is still alive as I don't see the reload. Just a quick black flash.

Happens in both Dev and Canary. Haven't seen it in Beta. But I don't use beta often.

Closing this out...I haven't been seeing any black flashes as of late, so this likely was cleaned through something over the year.
