Make chrome-infra-auth accept all spec compliant emails |
|||
Issue descriptionThere are two issues now: 1. c-i-a email validation is too strict and it rejects some valid emails. 2. Email comparison in c-i-a is case-sensitive. Again, it is more strict than the email spec (though in practice sane email providers forbid emails that differ only in case).

Have any users had their emails rejected because of this?

There were couple of weird emails coming from Gerrit side that prompted to filing this bug. But I haven't seen any errors for more than a year. |
