Complete omnibar starts off-screen

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn phone to landscape
2. Try searching something
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Parts of the text call off screen

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3056.4  Channel: dev
OS Version: 7.1.2
Flash Version: N/A

Using Nexus 5X, had it before the 7.1.2 update of the April patch

We are not able to repro this issue on Chrome:59.0.3062.4 and 59.0.3056.4 Device:Nexus 5X/N2G47F/7.1.2
What extra info do you need, I can reproduce this every time. Just let me know and I'll try to provide it
