Issue descriptionFor repro steps, please see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=702011#c33. The basic idea is: leave a hangouts open for ~24 hours. This chrome://tracing memory-infra dump: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=702011#c31 shows partition_alloc at 2251MB in allocated objects.

Ah, thanks. 2 GB is allocated on the buffer partition... Maybe ArrayBuffers are leaking? +keishi +tasak
