Browser breaks down in case: video + iframe

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 YaBrowser/17.3.1.840 Yowser/2.5 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attached html file in browser

What is the expected behavior?
Browser page works as usual

What went wrong?
Browser page breaks down

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

There's a console error message and the video does not display:

Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play() request was interrupted by a new load request.

Sorry, there is no video to play. Exactly how is this broken for you? Can you provide a screen capture to show us the error?

Seems like a play() promise issue. See the crash report with id 1be325aa10000000 for details.

I'm able to reproduce on M57, but not M59.

This is only affecting M57 but not M58 or M59. Unless it's a top crasher, I think we should simply wait for M58 to roll to stable instead of sending a hot fix to M57. Keeping the bug open for bookeeping.
