Regression: Text for 'Clear browsing Data' button appears chopped on changing browser language to French.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3063.4 (Official Build) 22bf3ade0bea5c8d235e25b96b5b123953f31348-refs/branch-heads/3063@{#7}(32/64 Bit).

OS:  Windows(7,8,10).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to chrome://md-settings, change browser language to 'French' from chrome://md-settings/languages.
2.Relaunch chrome, go to chrome://md-settings/appearance, change font size to 'Very Large'.
3.Go to chrome://md-settings/privacy and security, scroll down and click on Clear browsing data, observe the overlay.

Actual Result: Text on 'Clear browsing Data' button is chopped.(from top and bottom)
Expected Result: Text on 'Clear browsing Data' button should not be chopped.

This is regression issue broken in 'M 57' and will soon update the bisect info:

Manual Bisect Info: 
Good Build 57.0.2980.0
Bad Build 57.0.2981.0

Note: Issue is not reproducible in Linux and Mac OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:57.0.2980.0 (Revision:443474).
Bad build:57.0.2981.0 (Revision:443771).

You are probably looking for a change made after 443483 (known good), but no later than 443484 (first known bad).
