Use new Doodle endpoint on iOS

In tracking  bug 690467 , we introduced the new components/doodle to replace components/search_provider_logos. After the Android launch, the new code should be hooked up on iOS as well, so that the old code can be removed.

Summary: Use new Doodle endpoint on iOS (was: Use components/doodle on iOS)
Change of plans: components/doodle is being abandoned. Instead, we're implementing support for the new /async/ddljson API within the old components/search_provider_logos. This means that very little change will be required in the ios code; basically just checking a feature flag.
