Azure AD Joined machine can't access saved passwords.

Issue description

I'm on a Win 10 Pro + Azure AD Joined machine.

When trying to retrieve a saved password through settings/advanced settings... I am prompted for windows authentication... but my O365 password doesn't work. (obviously my PIN nor windows hello finger print doesn't work either).

Cant access saved passwords.

Thanks for the report. This is similar to bug 675341 and bug 674483.

Cc-ing wfh@ for Windows-related advice: I am able to meet the reporter in person, is there something particular I could check to help debugging this?
