Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached file missing_borders.html 2. Open the print preview What is the expected behavior? The borders on all sides of the elements should be visible. What went wrong? On the upper row of elements some sides of the borders are missing. It seems random which side of the borders that disappear. On the lower row of elements all the sides of the borders are visible. The difference is that the upper row has a different color on the bottom border. On the lower row all border sides have the same color. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Transforms apply *after* layout, I suspect this is a rounding issue when rasterizing for print.

The pdf output is also missing the borders. Is it an issue there? We issue the same paint commands for printing borders as we do for painting borders, although I suppose the transform would be applied differently.
