Regression:Unwanted space is seen in Performance Tab of Devtools,while tabbing.

Chrome Version:59.0.3063.4 dev
OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Press F12>> Performance section >> Check the Show memory timeline.
(2)Hit F5,navigate to memory timeline section >> click on JS Heap and Press tab(kindly refer video)

Actual  :Unwanted space is seen above memory timeline section.
Expected:No such space should be seen.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-58.

Using the chromium bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 58.0.3027.0 (Revision:453800)
Bad build : 58.0.3028.0 (Revision:454140)

You are probably looking for a change made after 454089 (known good), but no later than 454093 (first known bad).

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Dev #59.0.3063.4, This issue is not observed on Mac OS 10.12.4.
