Password Alert extension has gone rogue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Not sure of the repro steps; seeing this after having resumed device from sleep]

What is the expected result?

Expect that extensions like Password Alert are mostly idle.

What happens instead?

Password Alert is consuming 100% of a CPU core, continuously.

Took a trace with chrome://tracing, and found that it's busy-waiting, processing Mojo tasks.

Can you attach a trace, and do you know which mojo messages it's processing?  Do we know if it's the extension, mojo, or something else?
