bluetooth: Disabling items during tests doesn't update the list.

In ItemChooserDialogTest there are some calls to ItemChooserDialog#setEnabled. Calling this method does update the data in the Adapter but it does not update the views. Because of this we can't test if the views have been correctly updated. This is similar to Issue 708069 where calling removeItemFromList() doesn't actually update the list.
