Google drive Embedded videos don't run

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.8.2987.98 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Login to google drive 2. chick on one of the shared video by my friend 3. the page opens and keep on streaming but never play.. however it is able to run on my mobile What is the expected behavior? I can run other videos from youtube directly. but the embedded videos are not running. I am sure there is no problems with those links as they work on my mobile. Need help of running those videos as they are very important and will be shared (only view/not download) for a short time. What went wrong? I tried a running this video several times, but it is not running. only the streaming symbol is coming. I have good speed internet by which i can view uninterrupted videos from youtube. So speed is not the issue. from screen, I captured the attached debug info. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.8.2987.98 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7 SP1) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 - I have IE also on my system, but google drive dont run on IE not sure why so couldn't tested it on another browser. - I have recently formatted my system may be some drivers are missing. - The video link is not shared as it is happening with all videos shared to me. - didn't tried it on any other machine, but on my mobile it is working.

Re #4: I do not see the attachment. Could you please try attaching it again? Possibly it does not work through e-mail, try uploading it through the web interface.

rahulbverma@: friendly ping! As mentioned in #6, we were not able to see the attachment. Could yoou re-upload the net-internals again via web interface so that we could help diagnose the issue?
