Mouse pointer offset in drop down menus on second display

Reported by wspic...@gmail.com, Apr 6 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Left click adBlock icon top right of browser on second display
2. Position mouse pointer over second item and left click
3. The affect is to execute the action of the first menu item

What is the expected behavior?
I expect the action under the mouse pointer to be activated

What went wrong?
The action of the item above the mouse pointer was invoked instead

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

The problem is not present on my primary display, only on my second display. The hardware acceleration option does not seem to matter. I've tried turning it off in the Chrome settings, but it did not help
