Border missing for the email text field box at the bottom on Hulu site

Chrome Version: Version 58.0.3029.54 beta (64-bit)
OS: Platform 9334.34.0 (Official Build) beta-channel sentry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome and navigate to www.hulu.com
(2) Click on Login button
(3) Verify the text field box bottom area

What is the expected result?
The bottom border should not be cut off for the email text field box.

What happens instead?
The bottom border missing for the email text field box. Please find the attached screenshot.


This issue is not seen on Pit & Spring devices.

I can't reproduce on Window at 100%, 125% or 150% DPI, nor linux.

Could the original reporter please perform a bisect, after first verifying that this issue remains?

Based on my testing, and the initial report, this appears to be specific to a single ChromeOS device. What is the DPI on that device?

​This is still reproducible on Sentry Device --> 9460.37.0/59.0.3071.49

Resolution --> 1536*864 [which was selected by default]​

Seeing the same behavior on previous stable build # 9202.71.0/57.0.2987.154 as well.

Not reproducible on previous M50 Build # 8172.62.0/51.0.2704.106
