x86: Observing tab crash while running H264 apprtc video in loop

Version : 9433.0.0 59.0.3055.0
Device : Lars, wolf, samus
N/W : Wifi

Repo steps :
1, Start playing apprtc.appspot.com/?debug=loopback&vsc=h264 video in loop
2, Let video play for sometime
3, Observe video playback

Expected result:
-- Smooth video playback

Actual Result:
-- Observing tab crash(Aw, Snap). While this happen , system is not is usable state. By opening any page(settings, browser, youtube, feedback page) is crashing and showing Aw, snap page. need to restart system to fix the issue.

this issue is no more reproducible on 9438.0.0, 59.0.3064.0 on cave, lulu, wolf , lars. I'll close this issue for now and reopen if repro in future.
