Issue descriptionToT:(59) Repro step: After a couple of failed attempt to 2 factor sign in, you get the popup with the link "about sign in problem" When I click it, I get the dialog/window as shown in the screenshot, and which I can't close and go back to login screen. Not sure if this is 59 specific or happens on 58 as well.

@oshima, Could you please provide more details on how to reproduce this? I used my account with 2 step verification but I never see the 'about sign in problem' link. Instead I saw a 'Resend code' option after intentionally entering incorrect codes multiple times. Were you using a regular or supervised account?

This happened when valid code didn't work. Not sure how you can repro such scenario but it definitely happened.
