GridLayout does not notice when child Views are removed

As found in  issue 707423  it appears that GridLayout does not notice when a child view is removed (GridLayout::ViewRemoved is empty). This leads to dangling pointers in its ViewState objects.

This is true. In general GridLayout assumes a static layout. We could certainly make it more dynamic, but we previously never had the need.
