Bookmarks, Theme and extensions, gone! (except cookies)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3063.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I dont know if I am allowed to discuss it here, but Hi! yesterday I have engaged a weird situation where my Windows Defender turned off and suspected of having another AV running (which is false) I had to rush onto safe mode and do various of scans, and one of the scans I have done that somewhat related to having anything removed were in Roguekiller! After the removal, everything remained in Chrome, Later on, I launched a starup repair, the process ended just suddenly with no resulted so I had to dig for the log my self, figures that it did find a root cause and it performed a chkdsk, I checked the chkdsk log and it said that no action was taken. after starting up windows after the startup repair, I launched chrome canary and all of it's history, bookmakrs and extensions disappeard! but it still had the theme! I closed chrome canary and relaunched it, and the theme disappeared as well! I tried reinstalling chrome canary keeping the data, and it didnt really solve it either. It appears that I still have my cookies? and I am already logged into all of my social networks? So since the startup repair didnt seem to delete anything, and neither did my malware removals (I attached the roguekiller one, no kinkshaming for using popcorn time) do anything to chrome, I decided that the best place to talk about it was in here! maybe it has nothing to do with my scans! maybe it just happened by itself! somehow! maybe its a bug that came with the build i was on? maybe its happening to other users as well right now? and thats why I referred myself to the chromium support! I did my best to diagnose the cause myself and I feel like I did all I knew! Any help would be appreciated! What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Extensions, bookmark, theme and history, gone! WebStore page: Did this work before? awesomedanx@ could you please sign in to chrome and check that the extensions ,Bookmarks and Theme are displaying or not. If not please check the below things: 1.Extensions are enabled or disabled in chrome://extensions.If disabled please enable it. 2.Bookmarks bar is checked. Thanks..
