Remove deprecated keys for CRWSessionStorage.

Currently two legacy serialization keys are supported:

kLastCommittedItemIndexDeprecatedKey
kPreviousItemIndexDeprecatedKey

We should remove these after a reasonable amount of time.  I'm setting the milestone for this process to occur on M67, which is a year from the release of M59.
