browse:tools:earth page in system health's browse story fails flakily. |

Issue descriptionThe browse:tools:earth page fails flakily (once in every 10-15 runs when tried locally on linux machine). It times out while waiting for the Zoom in button to load. The contents of the map load but the buttons on the top of the map (like the zoom in, zoom out, street view etc., do not load). Hence, it time outs while waiting for the zoom in button.
