'Recipient' is confusing terminology. Use 'name' instead.

As seen in 'Recipient required' error message and 'Add recipient' dialog title.

Change 'recipient' to 'name' in web payments UI.

'Recipient' is confusing terminology. Use 'name' instead. As seen in
'Recipient required' error message and 'Add recipient' dialog title.
