Removing self as owner. The CL which is blamed here only modifies header include styles for ios/web_view framework and won't affect Android application. Within the Chromium codebase, this framework is only used by the shell application in ios/web_view/shell.

This alert was found before M-60 branched. Closing as WontFix as this is believed to either be invalid or non-reproducible.
