Can't re-start PR after clicking on Settings in PR UI.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 59.0.3062.3
OS Version:  Android 7.1.2. Nexus 6P Build/N2G05
URLs (if applicable) : https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/cc

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start PR
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Go back,
4. Attempt to click [Buy] button again

What is the expected result?
PR UI shows up.

What happens instead of that?
PR UI does not show up.
