I'm not sure if this is useful but clicking on result_details gives:

<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
</Error>

Not off the top of my head. It doesn't seem to have happened again. May have been a temporary glitch. Will take a look if it happens again.
