OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

Prerequisite:Manage spell check page should contains more than 40 words.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the chrome://md-settings/editDictionary
(2)Add new word and press enter and then click on back arrow in manage spellcheck page.
(3)Click on the Customised spelling and observe(Kindly refer video)

Expected result:Added words should be displayed in manage spell check page

Actual Result:Blank page is displaying in the manage spellcheck page

This is non regression issue seen from M-59(59.0.3059.0)
