Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Render the attached html file in Chrome browser
2. Open Dev tools and put a breakpoint in inline JavaScript within doSomething method that is inside myValidation function.
3. Then click on either of the two buttons.
4.Once debugger breaks inside doSomething function, watch the following expression: validatePositiveIntegerValue("23.sd").
5.The watch expressions results in "not available" error even though the methods doSomething and validatePositiveIntegerValue are both defined at same level.
What is the expected behavior?
You should get the result as false for watch expression but it says "not available".
What went wrong?
You should get the result as false for watch expression but it says "not available". The function validatePositiveIntegerValue is not being recognized.
Did this work before? N/A
Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable

You are not adding a watch expression of validatePositiveIntegerValue("23.sd") once you are in doSomething method. When debugger stops inside doSomething method, you must add a watch expression of validatePositiveIntegerValue("23.sd") under Watch section.

Thanks for your report.
Your function validatePositiveIntegerValue is defined on rpv object (and methods are not defined at the same level) so could you use rpv.validatePositiveIntegerValue("23.sd") as watch expression and confirm that it still doesn't work?
