Issue 694856 was fixed by eliminating the scrollbar at the bottom. Issue 694856 seems much more frequent than the use case in this bug. I am leaning towards WAI.

We do not care about how MD Settings behaves inside dev tools. It's not how anyone apart from ourselves will experience it. Leaving as a devtools bug if anyone there wants to look into this.

Marking as WAI since this is not a scroll issue or a devtools issue and settings is claiming it won't be used in this way. |
