MD History/Bookmarks: Update page text to paper-grey-900

Text is currently paper-grey-800 on History, and #333 (something like paper-grey-850) on Bookmarks.

MD History/Bookmarks: Change primary page text to paper-grey-900

This makes the page text slightly darker (higher contrast), matching
MD Settings.
