Device offline on chromium.perf

Several devices on the chromium.perf waterfall have fallen offline.

Normally these would be picked up by bpastene@'s script, but it appears to not be finding these devices.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Rebooted all non-responsive devices and swapped a flaky usb cable.
