desktopCapture does not include HTML <select> Dropdowns

Reported by vi...@useloom.com, Apr 4 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go here: https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_elem_select
2. Try to record a desktop recording with Loom: https://www.useloom.com
3. Notice that it does not include the dropdown and has the cursor in a weird hover/ghost state.

What is the expected behavior?
That the dropdown is captured in the desktop recording and the cursor follows.

Brave, can you look at this? The report says that it happens for desktop capture as well.
This should be a duplication of issue697780 .
vinay@, please try Canary to see if the problem still exists.
