QuicStreamFactory::|active_requests_| is a std::map<QuicStreamRequest*, QuicServerId>. It's only used to do a reverse lookup from QuicStreamRequest to QuicServerId. QuicStreamRequest knows its QuicServerId, so this container is redundant and we should get rid of it.
