What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download apk from amazon underground
(2) Install apk
(3) Go to downloads home
(4) Notice that download is paused at 100%
(5) Hit play and the download disappeared

What is the expected result?
The download should have been complete and not disappear

What happens instead?
The app is paused at 100% even though I didn't pause it. When I hit play, it disappears.
