Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome.
  2.  Open URL : ecigwizard.com --> Tap on Menu on webpage --> Sign In --> Scroll the page down  --> “Continue” under “New Customers” section.
  3.  Fill up all the fields with valid data and tap on “Continue”
  4.  Tap on Menu on webpage --> Sign out 
  5.  Tap on Menu on webpage --> Sign In

Observed results:
Notice that year of birth filled on sign up page is auto filled in Sign In page.

Expected results:
Email ID / Username should be auto filled in sign in page.
