Prompt user for approval before opening iTunes links on iOS 10.3.2 and later

Safari on iOS 10.3.2 prompts user for approval before opening links to iTunes App Store even if user has tapped on a link. Chrome is prompting only if there's a open link w/o user interaction.

Chrome should implement a similar policy.
