What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and navigate to "https://drmtest2.adobe.com/AccessPlayer/player.html"
(2) Click on play icon and observe that error logs are displayed in info and console error is seen.

What is the expected result?

Video should be played

What happens instead?

Video is not played

This issue is specific to windows 8.1 and reproduced in chrome stable , beta , dev and canary channels .

Issue is seen from M50 .
