Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. with Google Chrome on Android go on the url, google's official demo page for speech recognition  https://www.google.com/intl/it/chrome/demos/speech.html
2. start recording audio, say for example "hello world".  The words will be repeated 2-3 times
3. This doesn't happen on Chrome under Win/Linux/Mac

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Mobile Chrome should work like desktop, so if I say "hello world", it should write "hello world" and not "hello world hello world"
