"crypto_unittests" is flaky

Issue description

"crypto_unittests" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

David: Could you take a look at this? Seems like the test suite times out on simulated iPad Air (https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.mac/builders/ios-simulator/builds/186153). It only takes a couple of seconds on my workstation, so it might be a real issue and not just bot slowness? Seems like the flakes are quite rare, and I'm not sure how to disable this test in a good way, so I'll just leave it.

Adding infra just in case this is due to the bots acting up.
There isn't really any output to look at there. Like you say, the test suite is quite fast. If some test were breaking, I would expect it to have at least printed out the name of the test it's trying to run.

Seems more likely to be an infra issue. (If not for the root cause, at least so we get some actionable output here. Stack trace?)
