Make DOMSelection not to use VisibleSelection

DOMSelection still uses VisibleSelection since canonicalization doesn't work
on LayoutNG. We should avoid to use VisibleSelection in DOMSelection.

Note: DOMSelection::toString() may be an exception since it uses TextIterator.
We can switch back to legacy layout tree when DOMSelection::toString() used.
