Many users have a good habit of utilizing Rietveld's ability to create a so called "Reland CL" by reverting a revert CL. I think it's an excellent feature since you get a nice template CL with a pristine revert in PS#1, which is ideal to either just land or to apply additional fixes in PS#2+.

Unfortunately, upon creation, Rietveld always sends out an e-mail to all previous reviewers, which is causing confusion every time. It would be great if this can be avoided, since most times you want to edit the CL description first or do more code changes before you want to notify reviewers for a new review (unless it's a plain re-land).
