chrome crashes all its extensions and opened tab itself by making whole window black and unable to use

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 OPR/43.0.2442.1144 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. error with loading extensions 2. opened tab crashes itself 3. opened tab does not load any webpages What is the expected behavior? default behavior is to open web pages on click but it does not happen that way. on open of web browser it had load all extensions and open but instead its crashing all extensions on open and making whole web browser not able to use What went wrong? On open of web browser it enters into a black screen crashing all its extensions and onclick on any tab or any settings the browser appears to be freezed Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8) Flash Version: I'm using chrome v 57.0.2987.133 on Windows-8 x64

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-7, Mac-10.12.3 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 57.0.2987.133 and canary 59.0.3064.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. gurudathsbhat@ could you please provide the Crash serverID generated under chrome://crashes for further investigation. gurudathsbhat@ , AS we are unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 ,Could you please provide us sample extension which you are trying to load in chrome & if possible let us know the screencast of the issue / crash server id as seen in the attached screenshot for further triaging. Thanks in advance...!!
