Chrome crashes when skipping time on youtube videos in incognito mode (all Chrome windows crash, even regular ones)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open incognito mode 2. Go to youtube.com and watch any video 3. Use mouse cursor to skip through video (bug occurs here) What is the expected behavior? Video starts buffering, then a few seconds later all Chrome tabs stop responding. Another few seconds later, Chrome starts working again but all youtube videos have a green screen with the loading symbol on it and page needs to be refreshed to play video again. What went wrong? The whole browser crashes for a few seconds when this bug occurs. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10, Mac-10.12.3 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 57.0.2987.133 and canary 59.0.3064.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. vincedizon004@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest stable version and let us know your observations if the issue still persists.
