After taking off headphones, when the speaker audio is muted, it plays it for some reason

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9202.56.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.123 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9202.56.1 (Official Build) stable-channel kip

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Mute speaker audio
2. Play sound through headphones
3. Take headphones out, it will play for a short time

What is the expected behavior?
Mute exactly when you take out headphones,

What went wrong?
I do not know

I don't repro this bug on CrOS LINK device + Chrome 59.0.3065.0
Is it a regression on your device? does it repro on earlier Chrome on the same device?
