Spellcheck UI has bad wording

Project Member Reported by groby@chromium.org, Apr 3 2017

Issue description

When the local spellcheck flags a word as wrong, it always gets a red underline. Even if server-side spellcheck marks it as correct.

The UI issue is in the wording of the context many - it says "No *more* Google suggestions" under the erroneous suggestion from the local spellcheck. This should probably be "No Google suggestions".

(See screenshot - type "wheaties", local (OSX) dictionary doesn't recognize it, suggests "whites")
