Cannot resize file dialog on macOS, it always reverts back

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to imgur.com (or any other site to upload image) 2. Click New post -> Browse 3. Resize file dialog 4. Repeat, file dialog is small again What is the expected behavior? File dialog should stay at resized size like dialog in other programs/apps What went wrong? File dialog did not remember size and reverted back to default small one. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Small dialog makes it hard and uncomfortable to find files in bigger folders.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12.4 using chrome latest stable #57.0.2987.133 by following steps mentioned in the original comment and able to resize the file dialog as expected. filip@ Could you please confirm is this issue is observed only on chrome? Is this issue is working on other browsers? Thanks!

Yes, you can resize dialog in Chrome, but the size is not saved and next time it has original size. Just tried the same in Safari and it correctly saves my resized file dialog size.

I just noticed that file dialog used to save file works correctly. I can resize it and next time resized size is saved. So only file dialog used to upload files doesn't work as expected.

Yesterday I noticed that file dialog now correctly saves its size after resizing. Using Chrome became much more pleasant :-) I dont have do drag files from Finder anymore.
